TOUGH MUDDER YORKSHIRE

Over this weekend, we will have two teams taking part in the Yorkshire Mudder Challenge. 

On Saturday 27th July you can join the 5k | 13 Obstacles course or on Sunday 28th July you can join the 18 Miles | 25 Obstacles course. 


5k and 13 Obstacles

YEMEN IS IN CRISS!


With the ongoing conflict in Yemen – already one of the poorest countries in the region – tens of thousands of lives have been lost and over 20 million people don’t know where their next meal will come from. A country crippled by conflict is sadly now on the brink of famine.


They money you raise will provide families with emergency food aid which inclides the following per family:

PLEASE NOTE:

- Once you have paid your registration fee and set up your fundraising page, a member of the Islamic Relief team will send you an additional registation link which will generate your tough mudder ticket that you need to bring with you on the day

- Once you have registered you will be assigned a start time - Please arrive 45 minutes BEFORE so you have time to park, check-in, drop off your bag and get warmed up. Strict start times are enforced

- This is a third-party organised challenge, by joining the Islamic Relief team you can benefit from paying the discounted charity price however you are committing to reaching the minimum fundraising target of £150

WHAT TO WEAR:

At all events, we suggest wearing normal running shoes – spikes and cleats are strictly prohibited, but MERRELL shoes are highly encouraged. Dress in comfortable clothing (or a costume that will make you more stylish on course) and bring dry clothing to change into once you’re done.


If it’s hot, suncream is a necessity. No matter what the weather is, make sure to come hydrated and take advantage of water stations on course.


WHAT TO BRING:

1. A valid photo ID* (You cannot enter without this)

2. Read and sign the electronic waiver (Bring it with you)

3. Print your ticket or have it ready on your phone

4. Double check the start time in your confirmation email 

5. Cash (for bag drop, food and drinks)

 

BAG DROP:

If you don’t plan on traveling home muddy, you’ll probably want to bring a change of clothes. Stop by the bag drop tent to store your belongings while you’re on course. £3 cash or contactless.
