"The thirst you feel in your throat and lungs will be gone minutes after the race is over. The pain in your legs within days, but the glory of your finish will last forever."

Run the Leeds Half Marathon raising funds for Islamic Reliefs Water 4 Life projects, and you will establish a sadaqah jariyah for yourself or in memory of a loved one, that truly will last forever!

Taking place on Sunday 14th May 2017, this ever-popular event attracts thousands of runners to the city’s streets.

Enjoy a thrilling city centre start and test yourself on a challenging route through the city and its suburbs. Don’t forget to look out for the historic Kirkstall Abbey which indicates you’re almost on the home straight.
